SHIPPING

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. For security reasons, we may not be able to update the shipping address after checkout.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. EJ Carter World is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

All orders ship through USPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on the item and fulfillment method. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Some items may ship separately and arrive on different days, depending on the product. CDs, apparel, and other merchandise may not always arrive in the same package or on the same date.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11 AM CST may begin processing the same business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM CST may begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM CST on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, may begin processing the following business day.

Most orders usually ship within 2–5 business days, pending availability, payment verification, and fulfillment processing.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless otherwise required by law or due to an error on our end.
